How to Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We provide two methods:

A. Self-Request via Email

To request account deletion, please email us at admin@rainwaterharvesting.services with the subject line:

"Account Deletion Request"

Include:

Your full name
Email used to register
(Optional) Reason for deletion

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.

B. Admin-Initiated Deletion

You may also request deletion through the platform (if available in future releases), or the admin may suspend/delete accounts based on review or inactivity.

Important Notes:

Some data may be retained for legal or administrative reasons (e.g., invoices, audit logs).

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
