A. Registration
You may register an account using:
- Email and password
- Google (via Nextend Social Login Pro)
During registration, you must provide accurate information, including:

- Company name (if requested)
You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
B. Approval Process
All new accounts are subject to manual review by our team. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or deny access
- Suspend or revoke accounts at our discretion
- Restrict accounts suspected of suspicious or competitive activity to “guest” status, limiting access to one generic graph and non-functional buttons (e.g., “Select this model” or “Pump Details” trigger a login prompt).
Approved users gain full access to all graphs, calculations, and interactive features.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse, copy, or redistribute data, tools, or resources (e.g., flow rate calculators, pump selection tools) without express written permission.
- Impersonate others or provide false information during registration or use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts, or systems.
- Use our services for commercial purposes without permission.
- Modify, reproduce, or distribute our content, including HTML, text, charts, or branding, for commercial use.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including HTML, text, charts, tools, calculators, and branding, is the property of Rainwater Harvesting Services or its licensors (including content licensed from Engineered Solutions Canada). This content is protected under the copyright laws of Canada and other jurisdictions. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to:
- View, print, or download content for personal or educational use.
- Retain associated copyright notices with any copies.
You may not:
- Use content commercially.
- Include content in products you create or distribute.
- Copy content to another website.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited without express written permission from Rainwater Harvesting Services.
6. Product Warranty and Caution
A. Warranty
Rainwater Harvesting Services, in partnership with Engineered Solutions Canada, warrants products of its manufacture to be free from defects in workmanship and material for one (1) year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. We will repair or replace defective products (F.O.B. Factory) upon internal examination. This warranty does not apply to:
- Products used with non-Engineered Solutions Canada components.
- Products modified or altered outside our specifications.
We assume no further responsibility or liability beyond this warranty.
B. Product Selection and Use
Our tools (e.g., Flow Rate Calculator, Rain Water Collection, Day Tank Calculation, Pump Selection) provide guidance based on the 2024 Building Code Compendium – Ontario and user inputs. You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting appropriate products for your application.
- Ensuring proper installation and use per standards set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Improper selection, installation, or misuse may result in product failure, personal injury, or property damage. For ASME standards, contact: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Three Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016-5990.
7. Estimates and Tools
Our estimation tools (e.g., pump selection graphs, flow rate calculations) are provided for guidance only, based on user-provided data. We are not liable for any consequences, losses, or damages arising from the use, interpretation, or application of these tools or estimates. Users should consult professional advisors to verify calculations before acting on them.
8. Email Policy
A. General Communications
We may send communications (e.g., newsletters, estimate confirmations, or approval notifications) to registered users who opt in. You may opt out by:
- Emailing admin@rainwaterharvesting.services.
- Replying to any email with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.
Email over the internet is not a secure medium. Do not send confidential information via email. We are not responsible for harm or damage caused by sending personal or confidential information to us via email.

Rainwater Harvesting Services and Engineered Solutions Canada exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from:
